Duties:

• Manage various litigation cases, including general liability, complex commercial, construction defect, and civil litigation matters.
• Conduct all phases of discovery, encompassing written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
• Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research, exhibit excellent writing skills, and possess strong analytical capabilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have two to six years' Litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Nevada.
• Must be located in Las Vegas.
