Salary - $180,000 - $240,000 (Plus Bonus Potential)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial preparation, negotiation, and advocacy, with a focus on providing exceptional legal representation to our clients. This position involves managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution, employing strategic approaches to achieve favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of litigation cases, including trial preparation and court appearances.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each case.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients in various legal matters.
• Conduct depositions and interviews to gather evidence and witness testimony.
• Provide client counseling and maintain open communication throughout the litigation process.
• Ensure compliance with court procedures and civil rules governing litigation.
• Present evidence and arguments effectively in court to facilitate favorable judgments.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on trial preparation and advocacy.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, criminal law, and civil procedures.
• Proven skills in negotiation and evidence presentation.
• Strong legal writing and case management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
