Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of litigation cases, including trial preparation and court appearances.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each case.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients in various legal matters.
- Conduct depositions and interviews to gather evidence and witness testimony.
- Provide client counseling and maintain open communication throughout the litigation process.
- Ensure compliance with court procedures and civil rules governing litigation.
- Present evidence and arguments effectively in court to facilitate favorable judgments.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on trial preparation and advocacy.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, criminal law, and civil procedures.
- Proven skills in negotiation and evidence presentation.
- Strong legal writing and case management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
