Job Title: Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a psychiatric acute setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses, documenting any changes.
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide support during psychiatric emergencies.
- Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and coping strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
