Experience: Minimum 2 years in Behavioral Health Unit (adult population)
License: Current RI or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS required
Must-Have: Behavioral Health Unit RN experience, adult population

Job Description:
- Provide specialized nursing care for adult patients in a behavioral health unit.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to address needs of patients.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Work every other weekend as required by the schedule.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Engage in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
