Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Loan System Administrator to join the team at our Bank Operations. The Loan System Administrator will deliver a World Class Experience by being responsible for the loan application management, design and implementation support, update/enhancement, integration, and communication with the user community. The subject matter of loan systems administration includes Core and loan origination computer systems and related applications in addition to the ways people use them within the specific division and, to the extent relevant, throughout the Bank. In-person office work in Goleta, CA is required.

Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Loan System Administrator to join the team at our Bank Operations. Minimum Requirements, Activities & Responsibilities
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Five to eight years of similar or related experience with computer operations platforms, loan applications and knowledge of data and systems integration within a banking environment
- Five years to eight years of similar or related experience with loan operations and loan origination experience
- Previous project management experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of loan originations, operations, practices, procedures, and compliance
Essential Functions:
- Determines, documents, and communicates systems configurations and limitations
- Release management/coordination
- Understands upcoming systems/configuration changes
- Makes recommendations to Bank regarding upgrade/change schedule (accept or reject)
- Manages software release and post-release validation
- Establishment of process workflows, user guides in collaboration with systems users
Skills & Capabilities:
- Hands on experience with loan origination systems, loan documentation systems, and loan Core systems
- Understanding of loan origination, processing, underwriting, credit analysis, approval, documentation, funding, and servicing
- Ability to interpret and/or discuss loan systems information with others to regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving complex issues
- Intermediate technical skills required to complete projects independently or in a collaborative effort
