Local Digital Sales Manager - Los Angeles
Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Local Digital Sales Manager to lead the digital sales efforts in Los Angeles. This role will oversee the development, management, and execution of digital sales strategies that drive revenue growth across our digital platforms, including OTT channels, websites, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
Revenue Generation
Client Relations Post-Campaign Analysis & Reporting Product Knowledge & Training
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, technologies, and tools.
Train the sales team on best practices, new products, and campaign optimization techniques.
Product Knowledge & Training Work closely with the National Digital Sales team and other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activity.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital media sales, with at least 3-5 years in a management role. Strong understanding of digital advertising, including programmatic, OTT, display, video, and social media. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and sales software. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Local Digital Sales Manager - Los Angeles
Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Local Digital Sales Manager to lead the digital sales efforts in Los Angeles. This role will oversee the development, management, and execution of digital sales strategies that drive revenue growth across our digital platforms, including OTT channels, websites, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage the digital business in the market.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow local digital sales, focusing on new business acquisition and client retention.
- Work in conjunction with the local sales AE's.
- Identify and create opportunities to expand the client base by leveraging Estrella TV's suite of digital advertising products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses, agencies, and community partners.
- Provide tailored advertising solutions to meet client objectives and drive measurable results.
- Compile and deliver post-campaign analysis (PCA) reports, outlining campaign performance, ROI, and client insights.
- Review campaign delivery to ensure all contractual obligations are met (impressions, clicks, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to analyze campaign outcomes and support renewals or upsells.
Required Qualifications:
Skills & Competencies:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze performance metrics and draw meaningful insights.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in proposals, plans, and reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ad operations platforms (Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk) and sales planning tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Articulate, well-spoken and highly organized
- Solid business relationships at Ad Holding Companies, Agencies, and Buying Services
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles Media Market
- Ability to convey information to account executives at outside sales offices in both written and verbal forms
- Able to present research information and station proposals in a clear and enthusiastic manner
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Ability to collaborate/communicate effectively with relevant departments at Estrella MediaCo.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Burbank, CA [No Relocations]
- Must be willing to work long hours, holidays and weekends on short notice.
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background investigation.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Must possess valid CA DMV license and a good driving record.
- Must be 18 years or older.
