- Schedule, manage, coordinate, track, and troubleshoot localization projects and tasks for multiple locales/languages for a variety of deliverables on an ad hoc basis.
- Support self-serve localization projects to ensure they are appropriately handled according to Globalization processes.
- Support LPMs and Localization Vendor Operations Manager in coordinating new market launches.
- Support Localization Vendor Operations Manager in maintenance of KPI data across multiple surfaces including Jira and various TMS platforms.
- Coordinate Globalization team's response in open channels with internal stakeholders such as Slack channels, cross-functional meetings, and office hours.
- 4+ years of experience in Localization project management including vendor management
- Passionate and knowledgeable about globalizing software and hardware
- Familiarity with Marketing transcreation, Product and Website localization process and technology
- Experience with globalization management systems, content management systems, video localization tools and LQA testing methodologies.
- Outstanding organizational skills: ability to handle multiple projects keeping sight of the big picture while interacting with various stakeholders simultaneously and tracking detailed milestones
