Job Title: Locum Anesthesiologist

Shift: Day shifts, Monday to Friday with shared night and weekend call of 1:5

License: MI license or active IMLC at time of submission

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Board Certified or Board Eligible (within five years residency and boards scheduled)

Must-Have:
- Must be available to cover all or most of the specified dates
- Clean background with no or minimal malpractice history
- Local drive-in providers are highly preferred

Job Description:
- Provide coverage for specified dates in June, July, August, and September 2025
- Day shifts with varying hours, including 3pm - 6:30am for weekday in-house and 6:30am - 6:30am for weekend in-house
- Handle adult and pediatric cases
- Use of Epic EMR
- Responsible for an average of 80-100 surgical cases per day
- Position involves working in a Trauma Level 2 setting with 20 operating rooms
- Credentialing timeframe is 30-60 days

Note: Hotel accommodations will be covered up to a specified nightly cap after taxes and fees, with preferred hotels available.
