License: Prefer providers with an existing state license to expedite the process

Job Description:
- Opportunity for locum, locum to perm, and permanent providers
- Practice setting in a neurology clinic
- Coverage needed due to a vacancy
- Practice demographics: 95% Adult, 5% Pediatric
- Manage a patient load of 16-18 office/clinic patients per day, approximately 7.2 hours per day
- Work collaboratively with a team of 3 physicians
- Onsite facilities include lab and X-ray
- Supported by an office ancillary staff comprising 1 RN Navigator, 4 Medical Assistants, and 3 Customer Service Representatives
- Utilize Epic for documentation and EMR
- Practice in a Level 2 trauma setting
- Required neurology procedures: Radiologic Exam Interpretation (unofficial), Electromyogram (EMG), Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is 120 days
This role does not require on-call duties or weekend work. Candidates with a state license and a clean background are highly preferred to streamline the hiring process.
