Job Title: Logisticians - Senior/Junior

Location: Air Force Base (WPAFB), OH (On-site)

Clearance: Must be US Citizen w/ the ABILITY to obtain Secret clearance w/ company sponsorship

Inalab Consulting has a contingent opening (based on contract award) for a Senior/Junior Logisticians to manage Air Force Base Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) services contract.

Required Skills and Capabilities:
  • Must have experience working in AF supply chain processes, with experience in both retail and wholesale supply, and expertise in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Database Management using data management and data analysis skills.
  • Must have experience in analyzing and coordinating the logistical functions of the organization.
  • Must have experience working with the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.

Experience Requirements:
  • The Contractor shall provide System support to the Government in the architecture design, data management, and implementation of Contractor Supported Weapon System Data Exchange (CSWS DE) program, the integration of peculiar supply support assets for new weapon system and modifications to existing weapon systems into the Air Force supply support structure utilizing a Contractor as the Inventory Control Point (ICP) and Source of Supply (SOS) to include proper Logistical Reassignments (LR) processes.
  • The Contractor shall work with Government Functional Manager, Program Offices, Internal/External Contractors, HQ AFMC, and Air Staff personnel in procedure and process development, technical support, analysis, requirements determination, and training requirements, among other tasks, to support the CSWS program.
  • The Contractor shall apply capabilities and understanding of the CSWS program, CSWS DE program, data exchange development contracts, Windows Project Management, Microsoft Exchange, Oracle, GOLD Web- sphere, JAVA, and GUI in support of this program.
  • The Contractor shall possess the ability to conduct procedural reviews and develop propose changes to CSWS DE (D375) processes, develop new procedures, and develop recommended changes based on revisions to DoD and higher headquarter policy and procedures.
  • The Contractor shall prepare, justify, track and prioritize system change requests for the CSWS DE (D375) System. The Contractor shall provide support to the development, scheduling, integration, test and implementation of system change releases as solutions for user-driven changes and system deficiency corrections.
  • The Contractor shall conduct testing of system changes with users by collecting and reviewing test results, (i.e. system inputs, outputs) and providing feedback to the implementing organization.
  • The Contractor shall contribute to training of systems development and implementation of the CSWS and CSWS DE (D375) processes and provide recommendations and necessary verbiage for on-line tutorials and system development training provided by development Contractors.
