Duties and Responsibilities

DigiFlight, Inc., a fast-growing Government contractor in Huntsville AL, is seeking a FMS Logistics

Management Specialist supporting International Apache (IA) within the Apache Attack Helicopter Project

Management Office (AAH-PMO) based in the Huntsville, AL area. Candidates should have excellent program

management, organizational, and communication skills with experience in Foreign Military Sales. An ideal

candidate should demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp, understand and interpret key aspects of Army

programs. Candidate should also be able to communicate, advise and help formulate solutions to senior

Government leadership and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing team environment, reacting quickly to

changing requirements and schedules.

Minimum Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree is desired and a minimum of 13 years' experience.
  • Knowledge of Apache AH-64 attack helicopters and their systems, subsystems and components
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required


Required Skills
  • Oversee and lead efforts in tracking and managing all shipments associated with the Poland AH-64D/E Apache program, to include shipments of materiel from OEMs to the Boeing production facility, repair and return items, and shipments of materiel to and from the Huntsville Consolidation Point, Freight Forwarder, and final destination(s) in-country.
  • Oversee and lead efforts in management of equipment and property (calibration, turn-in, loss, damage, or theft, and repair and return).
  • Serve as the Poland AH-64D/E program subject matter expert regarding day-to-day supply and logistical operations and governing supply regulations and guidelines
  • Review shipping reports from OEMs, Consolidation Point, Freight Forwarder, etc to ensure proper logistical support and adherence to legal regulations and requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute routine visits and inventory audits of the Consolidation Point
  • Assist in the development of current and future FMS Cases.
  • Input required data into the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) and Case Management Application (CMA) portal.
  • Track requisitions and shipments through SCIP and CMA.
  • Research, develop, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to include status of materiel shipments, requisitions, shipping invoices, and issues involving damaged, insufficient, or incorrect items/materiel.
  • Respond to questions and RFI's from partner nation concerning shipments, materiel tracking, and requisition management.
  • Participate in and provide briefings, slides, and reports in support of PMRs, CRs, and other programmatic meetings.
  • Participate in and provide meeting support as deemed necessary
  • Coordinate with other Commands in support of the FMS cases.
  • Determine authorizations needed to prevent logistical deficiencies.
  • Manage and support the Repair and Return program for the FMS cases.
