- Financial Oversight - Track budgets, review invoices, audit expenses, and analyze financial reports.
- Cash Flow & Expense Management - Implement strategies to control OpEx, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize payroll, R&M, and marketing spend.
- Performance & Market Strategy - Conduct market surveys, comp analysis, and renewal strategies to enhance NOI and occupancy.
- Lender & Insurance Management - Oversee escrows, loan payments, insurance claims, and property litigation.
- Community & Staff Development - Collaborate with property managers, train on property tech, and support hiring/rotations.
- CapEx & Construction Oversight - Develop improvement plans, manage budgets, and track procurement.
