- Provide occupational therapy services in a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility.
- Work standard hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with the possibility of 1 Saturday coverage monthly if contract is renewed.
- Utilize the EPIC electronic medical records system for patient documentation.
- Follow dress code requirements by wearing Caribbean Blue scrubs.
- Position may require floating to other units within the facility.
- Assist in patient recovery by developing, implementing, and revising therapy programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a high standard of documentation, reporting, and communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate a patient-centric approach and promote a positive rehabilitation experience.
