Key Responsibilities:

• SQL Engineer
• Engineer, document, deliver, and maintain Microsoft SQL versions from 2005 through 2017 according to specifications and security guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance, security, and technical issues.
• Participate in all phases of ITIL Service Lifecycle, including Change Requests and Incident ticket resolution.
• Design and integrate SQL instances in both virtualized and physical environments.
• Azure Senior Engineer:
• Implement and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Optimize cloud services for performance, security, and cost.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer:
• Design, deploy, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Ensure high availability and performance of virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Integrate with enterprise authentication and security services.
• M365 Senior Engineer:
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and applications.
• Implement security and compliance policies within M365.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize M365 usage and performance.
• Azure Identity Engineer:
• Manage and configure Azure Active Directory and related services.
• Ensure secure identity and access management practices.
• Support single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) implementations.
• Exchange Online Engineer:
• Administer and support Exchange Online environments.
• Troubleshoot mail flow and connectivity issues.
• Implement security and compliance measures for email.
• SharePoint Online Engineer:
• Design, deploy, and manage SharePoint Online sites and services.
• Customize and configure SharePoint to meet organizational needs.
• Ensure data security and compliance within SharePoint environments.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant years of experience for each position, ranging from 3-10+ years.
• Strong understanding of Azure, M365, and related cloud technologies.
• Experience with cloud security, identity management, and infrastructure optimization.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
