M&A Manager - Onshore Wind

The Role Responsibilities

• Form complex financial models for greenfield wind projects.
• Financial analysis including cash flow projections and valuation.
• FP&A budgeting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
• Market research for strategic planning, capital allocation and investment decisions.
• Origination evaluations.
• Due diligence.
• Negotiate and structure M&A transactions.
• Support debt and tax equity financing.
• Collaborate with the project development.
• Ad-hoc project development tasks.
• Work with technical team and consultants to analyze technical viability and optimize production and capital expenditure on projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of Renewable Energy financial analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance, and FP&A.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis.
• M&A transactions from due diligence to deal closure.
• Reasonable knowledge of wind energy project development
• Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
