MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) Lead with Security Clearance

GCyber is seeking a MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) Lead, to support a high profile DISA customer. As a MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) Lead, you will ensure the seamless operation and scalability of our network infrastructure, catering to evolving client and organizational needs. As an Inside/Outside Plant (OSP) Manager, you will: * Lead the planning and execution of network moves, adds, and changes (MAC), ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining network integrity. * Collaborate with network engineering, IT teams, and vendors to coordinate modifications, including device installations and relocations. * Develop and enforce processes for managing network changes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. * Serve as the primary contact for MAC activities, providing leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship to IT staff. * Monitor, document, and review network changes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with strategic IT and organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: * Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance * Bachelor's Degree in related field * 3+ years of relevant experience * Rapid Response Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification
