We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Machine Design Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of dip molding and dip coating equipment. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of equipment design, material handling automation, and robotics, with strong mechanical engineering principles and hands-on experience in designing complex automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop equipment, tools, and processes for dip molding and dip coating.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Equipment Design & Development:
- Create detailed mechanical designs using SolidWorks, including PDM Vault and Simulation tools.
- Develop automation solutions with a focus on material handling automation and robotics.
- Perform feasibility studies, stress analysis, and tolerance stack-up calculations.
Project Execution & Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to support project objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing machine performance.
- Assist in the selection of components and materials for custom automation solutions.
Innovation and Technology Integration:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Evaluate and recommend new materials, methods, and technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Support the integration of automation and robotics into existing and new manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on machine design and automation.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, including PDM Vault and Simulation experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with material handling automation and robotics.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
