Position Description: MI Technical Solutions is seeking a Machine Learning Data Engineer to join its team. In this role, the Machine Learning Data Engineer is responsible for data wrangling and analysis, development and testing of models and algorithms, and documenting findings of research and analysis in support of Machine Learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
Support data curation, maintenance, and production processing of collected datasets
Develop and maintain user interfaces for data gathering and review
Develop machine learning applications according to project requirements
Run machine learning tests and experiments
Monitor and optimize the quality and performance of data collections, models, services, and tools
Design, build, test, blend, manage, and optimize all types of relevant data utilizing numerous sources
Requirements:
DoD Secret Clearance
BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Years of Experience: 5 or more years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or related fields
Experience with data curation, cleaning, storage, management, and governance
Experience with common Machine Learning and programming languages including Python and associated libraries such as NumPy, matplotlib, and Keras/Tensorflow, C++, C#, SQL, and JavaScript
Ability to work in fast paced collaborative team-based environments with both local and remote colleagues
Effective writing, speaking, and analytical skills
