Responsibilities:

The MachineLearning(ML)Expertwill:

• -Understand the business needsand requirements and translate them into ML solutions.

• -Communicate technical conceptsand results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• -Collaboratewith internal clientstoidentifynew opportunities for ML applications and models.

• -Ensure that ML Modelsare aligned with the bank's overall strategyand goals.

• -Work withApplication Development teams to deploy and support MLmodels in production environments.

• -Stayup to datewithlatestdevelopmentin ML andAI andapply this knowledge tofirstimprove theperformancesof applications(current & past), and second tothe benefits of the team.

The strengths and skills that will help you succeed

MinimumRequiredQualifications

• -Master's degree in computer science,mathematics,statistics,or a related field.

• -Strong programming skillsin languages such as Python,database manipulation (SQL), statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.

• -Experience with machine learning frameworks such asTensorflow,PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• -Experienceindevelopingandworking on real-world machine learning projects.

• -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• -Very strongwork ethic and ability to deal with confidentialinformation.
• -Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply.Knowledge of French and English is required.

Nice-to-haveQualifications

• Experience in deploying models to production.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GIT, Jenkins,...) andMLOps(MLFlow).

• Experience withcontainerization techniques (Docker & Kubernetes).

• Experience with mentoring junior team members.
