Lead Maintenance & Engineering Manager

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and grow a cross-functional team (6 direct reports including PLC techs and a Process Engineer)
• Overhaul the preventative maintenance (PM) program and implement a CMMS
• Own and deliver on capital projects ($25K-$500K), totaling ~$2M annually
• Troubleshoot complex electromechanical issues and support PLC/automation systems
• Collaborate closely with leadership on plant improvements and long-term strategy

What you'll bring:

• 7-10+ years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in leadership
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• Deep experience with troubleshooting, PM systems, and project management
• Familiarity with CAD/SolidWorks and electromechanical systems
• Bonus: Experience with wire, steel, or paper manufacturing
