About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility in Tarboro, North Carolina. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all equipment and systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC. You will work closely with the Plant Manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our facility is operating at peak performance, with minimal interruptions to production.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will utilize your expertise in maintenance management, predictive and preventive maintenance techniques, electrical systems, boilers, and lean manufacturing principles to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facility. You will also utilize your leadership and communication skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians and collaborate with the Plant Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records will be critical in ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques
- Experience with electrical systems, boilers, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Certification in Maintenance Management
- Experience with facility maintenance and plant management
Responsibilities:
