Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations. This role focuses on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee equipment inspection, repair, and upgrades to optimize performance and cost.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Implement CMMS systems to track maintenance activities and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to align maintenance with production goals.
• Supervise, train, and develop the maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance or mechanical engineering experience; Supervisor experience required, management experience preferred.
• Background in manufacturing or production (dairy/food & beverage industry a plus).
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, CMMS, OSHA, GMP, and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications in electrical, welding, boilers, refrigeration, wastewater, or plumbing are a plus.
