Immediate opening for a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor in Glen Mills, PA!
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for helping managing a full team of Maintenance Technicians in a high-speed production environment, with increased focused on the Blow Mold production department.
Shift - 4am to 12pm, Monday thru Friday
*Must have flexibility for weekend coverage on occasion
Pay - $90k-$105k plus bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, PPE, and food quality standards (e.g., SQF).
- Supervise maintenance techs and support hiring, training, and performance management.
- Identify and remove production bottlenecks to boost efficiency and throughput.
- Collaborate with production to improve equipment layout and modifications.
- Lead process improvements that reduce scrap, downtime, and defects.
- Support new equipment installs and optimize for performance and maintainability.
- Oversee maintenance of blow molders, conveyors, motors, and gearboxes.
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Schedule and enforce preventive maintenance routines.
- Maintain documentation of repairs, upgrades, and SOPs.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance leadership position.
- Ability to manage a team of 15+.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Hands-on knowledge of high-speed and/or blow mold machinery.
- Demonstrated ability to make improvements to processes.
