Rosina Food Products, Inc. is a leading food manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery and support equipment at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all production and support equipment operates efficiently.
- Diagnose mechanical and operational issues, implementing corrective actions.
- Actively support production, quality, safety, and service initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating new and replacement equipment.
- Oversee parts inventory and recommend changes to procurement procedures.
- Manage and enhance the preventative maintenance program.
- Develop staffing plans and coordinate with HR for hiring needs.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety initiatives.
- Conduct performance assessments and recommend training or development programs.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and facility leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Be available for off-shift work, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Associate Degree in a maintenance-related field required.
- 5-7 years of maintenance management experience in the food manufacturing industry (frozen food experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices and OSHA General Industry Standards.
- Experience with ammonia systems and Process Safety Management.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong computer skills.
- The role requires hands-on supervision in a fast-paced production facility.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
