- Salary range for Maintenance Supervisor between $80,000 and $95,000 USD annually and is based on experience
At our facility in Niagara Falls you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Maintenance Supervisor :
- Inspire the mechanical team to achieve world-class safety standards and provide exceptional maintenance support
- Oversee the assignment of daily tasks, manage unexpected breakdowns, shutdowns, and ensure effective preventative maintenance
- Manage the performance of over 20 mechanical team members, including conducting performance evaluations, implementing disciplinary procedures, driving engagement initiatives, and facilitating training
- Mentor and coach team members on technical skills and troubleshooting practices
- Lead continuous improvement efforts through meticulous work order documentation, failure analysis, and root cause analysis processes

- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a heavy industrial setting
- Proven track record of managing teams with a focus on achieving goals and ensuring accountability
- Strong customer service mindset and expertise in KPI management
- Extensive background in troubleshooting, mechanical aptitudes, and continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrating servant leadership to support team success
- Dedication to fostering a positive work environment and promoting health and safety
- Preferred experience with SAP-CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite
