Job Responsibilities

Manage campus-wide operations to include supervision of maintenance, housekeeping and grounds staff ensuring the implementation and compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations and laws. Prepare the Agency's Comprehensive Permanent Improvement Plan (CPIP). Plan, coordinate and facilitate new construction and renovations on campus according to the Campus Master Plan. Produce documents for the Office of State Engineer. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with outside contractors, architects and engineers selected to complete work on campus. Coordinates with all involved so as to impact campus operations as little as possible. Responsible for coordinating with the Capital Budget Office to ensure SPIRS reports are up to date and correct as well as the completion of all documents required by CBO for the establishment of Capital Projects. Maintain project budgets in conjunction with the CFO and works closely with the finance office to develop and implement capital project objectives.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and relevant program experience with the management of capital projects and campus facilities, maintenance and grounds.
