We are currently looking for a FULL TIME Mammo Tech for our Chino location.

• We are seeking to fill a Full and part time Mammogram Technologist positions
• Technologist must be willing to travel to other Centrelake Imaging & Oncology locations for training
• Technologist will perform mammogram including but not limited to:

o Positioning and instructing the patient, operates imaging equipment and determines the technical factors

o Ensures correct marking/labeling of all images

o Provides and confirms proper documentation of procedures requested/performed, patient history, etc. to assist in diagnosis

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs the setup and acquisition of prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures
• Educates patients/families regarding the procedure and/or treatment to be performed
• Obtains and verifies physician order
• Performs room cleanup
• Performs and evaluates equipment quality control measurements as indicated
• Demonstrates the ability to trouble shoot and notify appropriate personnel to maintain equipment performance
• Ensures the efficient operation and workflow of the department by scheduling and re-evaluating workflow throughout the day
• Prepares and maintains accurate documentation
• Maintains accurate department data for reporting purposes

REQUIREMENTS

CA License

A.R.R.T Certificate

Radiography training, FFD, with CRT licenses

Current CRT license in Mammography'

Pay rate varies and is discussed at interview

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
