Experience: Minimum 2 years
License: Required upon submission
Certifications: BLS
Must-Have: Experience with Cerner charting system
Job Description:
- Perform mammographic procedures to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results.
- Maintain and operate mammography equipment efficiently.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols for patient and staff.
- Keep accurate records of procedures and patient information.
- Participate in 12-hour orientation and training sessions.
- Flexibility to accommodate hospital's shift cancellation policies.
Note: Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts for a 13-week assignment, and 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks.
