Duties * Works with peers and project officers to develop criteria for program evaluation. * Makes official presentations of analyses and evaluation. * Interprets guidance from higher headquarters relative to program evaluation activities. * Develops procedures, standards, and methods for collecting, data * Writes queries to extract information, generates reports, and troubleshoots system problems or data discrepancies. * Coordinates with top management as well as division and office chiefs to develop procedures * Analysis and evaluations indicate variances from programmed accomplishments or costs, reasons for variances * Makes recommendations for remedial action to higher authority. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * This position requires a secret clearance. * This position requires you to possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Financial Management Level 2 certification within 24 months of employment. Experience required for GS-11: Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled including: Experience providing guidance and support to managers in management manpower programs which consists of manpower analysis, productivity enhancements, cost benefits analysis; time and attendance programs, Defense Travel System utilizing automated personnel systems to access or to run programs and in retrieving data and files; and displaying practical knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles and practices related to civilian human resources.
