Location: FBI Headquarters, Washington, DC

Overview: The Management and Program Analyst (MAPA) will support the client's Criminal Investigative Division (CID) Executive Staff Unit (ESU). ESU supports the mission needs of CID leadership and the workforce through policy and strategy management, daily executive briefings, divisional communications, and special projects. ESU serves as the primary conduit for external requests received from the various portfolios supported from the Director's office, Deputy Director's National Security Council, the Executive Assistant Director of CCRSB, Office of Congressional Affairs (OCA), Office of Public Affairs (OPA), Inspection Division (INSD), International Operations Division, Office of the Executive Secretariat (EXECSEC) as well as the Information Management Division (IMD). This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role with tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience or 4 years of experience and a bachelor's degree
  • Strong writer with experience preparing and briefing documents, reports, research, and analysis that is concise, executive-friendly, and impactful.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a team player - willing to be adaptable and flexible to meet the mission.
  • Experience preparing and briefing executive-level presentations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Experience working in collaborative sessions, while demonstrating strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. An additional 4 years of experience can be substituted for the degree.

Travel: No travel is required
