About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Analytics Products to lead a team in driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our suite of supply chain software products, with a strong focus on leveraging data analytics to optimize performance. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, data analysis techniques, software development methodologies, and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products that deliver measurable business value.

Functions
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our supply chain software products, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends. Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, market analysis, and business impact.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, quality assurance, and marketing teams. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support. Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze usage data, and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement product enhancements and updates to optimize performance and user experience.
Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in supply chain management and analytics. Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Work closely with data science and engineering teams to identify opportunities to leverage data analytics to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting dashboards to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Translate market needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate our products and maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
Manage the product development budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree preferred.
7-9 years of experience in product management, with a focus on supply chain software or related enterprise software solutions.
3-5 years of experience managing and mentoring a team of product managers.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
Proven experience with data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., SQL, Qlik, Power BI)
Proven experience in Python and other AI products and development
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with cloud-based software platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Experience with supply chain analytics platforms and tools is a plus.

Travel Requirements
This position is expected to travel approximately 25% - 50%.
