About the opportunity:
Oversee the Facilities Department and Project Team for the Organization. Manage maintenance and project team personnel, tasking, execution, and coordinate resources within the department as needed to maintain the facilities and respond to standard and emergency needs.
What you will do:
Manage the department's expenditures to the budget. Report and coordinate budget planning and expenditures with senior leadership. Oversee and manage departments project planning and execution. Conduct annual facility assessments and provide capital project recommendations. Present recommendations to senior leadership. Manage the preventive maintenance program. Making sure all equipment is being maintained to manufacturer recommendations. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission requirements for facility maintenance programs. Manage the Environment of Care requirements of the organization as it relates to building operations, including supporting any building heating/cooling issues that result in non-compliance scenarios. Provide policy management for the Facilities department, including the management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Represent the department in committee functions, including Environment of Care Committee and others as assigned. Identify processes and procedures to streamline workflows within the departments and ensure services for the organization. Ensure coordination between the Facilities and Project teams to manage projects and perform maintenance tasks for the organization. Ensure training for the facilities department is current and compliant. Role models the principals of a Just Culture and Organizational Values. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per year.
Yearly Pay:
$88,857.60-$126,942.40 USD

Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or 10 years maintenance experience
- Five (5) years supervisory experience required including managing performance evaluations and feedback in an organizational maintenance department role.
