We are currently seeking a dynamic team leader to execute the development and implementation of the pre-construction phase of large infrastructure projects for the Transportation Division. As the Manager, Major Programs your primary focus will be supporting the delivery of the Yukon Resource Gateway Program. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing the program delivery team as well as being responsible for working collaboratively with other Yukon Government departments as well as First Nation and Municipal Governments that will be providing input into major transportation programs.

- Considerable project management experience with projects that required in depth engagement with First Nation governments
- Considerable experience engaging with First Nation governments, businesses and communities
- Experience managing budgets, writing reports and briefing senior leadership
- Experience leading and providing mentorship to a team
- Experience coordinating and working with internal and external stakeholders
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation would be an asset
