Position Summary:
The Nurse Manager - Neuroscience Center is responsible for ensuring that safe, age-appropriate patient care is provided during unit operation hours. The role involves acting as a role model, advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team. Unit Summary:
The Neuroscience floor cares for a range of patients, including those with neurological conditions, neurosurgery patients, and those requiring epilepsy monitoring. The unit also manages a variety of conditions related to neurosurgery and brain health.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited School of Nursing required; Master's preferred
- 5 years of progressive nursing experience in the specified field, with preference for demonstrated progression in supervisory responsibilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Registered Nurse license
- National certification in the relevant field preferred within one year of hire
