Summary
The Manager - Performance Management position will be responsible for managing/leading performance evaluating processes, reporting on progress to key stakeholders, and implementing improvement initiatives across the institution. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing monthly update on company MBO Key Objectives and KPI, problem-solving, and various forms of reporting and data analysis.

- Manage company-wide MBO Key Objectives, update monthly progress and evaluate results
- Manage KPIs for all departments, collect monthly results, analyze data and monitor performance
- Initiate and conduct various routine reports and ad-hoc analysis at the request of management
- Develop analysis tools and collect evidence for management to evaluate project performance
- Lead enhancing or developing new KPIs and visualize key insights for stakeholders
- Assign tasks for individual team members to work on, supervise and adjust priority
- Effectively review processes and reports, recommend solutions and develop standard procedure/policy
- Facilitate project items to implement on schedule, identify the need for initial or supplemental resources
- Report and document project status, schedule and facilitate meetings and follow-up items

Compensation Range

- Advanced computer skills for Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point Required
- Any experience with report automation, Power BI, R or Python Preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master'sDegree Preferred
- 7 - 10Years of Direct Experience in Reporting and Analytics Required
- 8 - 13Years of Direct Experience Preferred
- Experience in Project Management and Data Analytics Preferred
- 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
