Immediate Opening: Manager - Physician Recruitment

• Are you looking for a new and challenging career in Healthcare?

This position will:

• Work fully on-site at Beloit Clinic
• Be responsible for recruitment of new providers for Beloit Health System. This will include sourcing, screening, initial interviewing, negotiating salaries and benefits.
• Attend job fairs to meet and talk with potential candidates.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or health care field
• Certification by Medical Group Management Association and American Society of Physician Recruiters within one year of hire
• Strong demonstrated knowledge of physician production and compensation plans to include ability to model and analyze work Relative Value Units data (wRVU) for physician compensation.
• Demonstrated experience working with consulting firms to document the BHS Physician Compensation Plan and how it relates to market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power

Preferred:

• Previous healthcare recruitment experience desired.
