A pivotal component of this team is the continuous improvement group responsible for measuring and improving the performance of Source to Report, 3rd party Risk management, Travel & Expense management processes.

We are seeking a Group Program Manager who will lead a team to plan, develop, and execute improvement initiatives in collaboration with engineering, technical product management, and senior Global Business Services leaders. This will be a working people manager role to identify, design, build, and operationalize projects to enhance scale, agility, and accuracy in launch processes. The initial focus will be on reimagining and streamlining Accounts Payable, Source to Contract, and Supplier Data Management systems for a simplified, automated transformation..

To excel in this critical role, you must be able to quickly establish rapport and build trust throughout the organization, work collaboratively with others, and employ creative problem-solving skills to influence without direct authority. You will lead programs from end-to-end, ensuring their successful completion while ramping up your program management expertise. You must deliver outcomes with speed and scale while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Take charge of, execute, and communicate program strategy on behalf of program leadership. Utilize your influence to help teams understand how the program aligns with the overall S2R, T&E and 3PRM strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with business/functional units to understand their objectives, mission, and business drivers, and maintain continuity with these groups.
  • Establish strong partnerships with external policy-making bodies and third-party solution providers to fulfill business/functional and strategic objectives.
  • Research and benchmark external best practice and drive the case for change, planning and implementation.
  • Develop and lead advisory and assistance consulting engagements as may be required to accelerate time to benefit.
  • Analyze relevant data to quantify and communicate the impact of workstreams, enabling teams to prioritize their actions.
  • Manage program and project plans, utilizing data, principles, and risk mitigation to track progress to the plan. This includes ensuring program deliverables are completed on time and within budget; establishing metrics to monitor program health and improvements; identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Baseline current processes and employee experience through employee interviews, process mapping, and immersion.
  • Lead the development and operationalization of improvement initiatives, with a focus on pragmatic implementation planning and thoughtful stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive the status and reporting structure to a diverse audience, ensuring that everyone is informed about the program's strategy, execution plans, and status across all functions.
  • Establish decision-making principles, make recommendations on resolution paths, and lead senior stakeholder discussions to address program performance challenges.
  • Communicate knowledgeably and articulately with individuals at any level in the organization, using verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Partner with change management to successfully implement changes and drive adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as a strategic leader to attract and develop best in class talent while leading a high performing, inclusive team culture
  • Continuously evaluate and learn to surface additional high-impact workstreams, incorporating insights to maximize program impact.
  • Measure the success of the improvements made to drive more investment and scale impact, ensuring a continuous improvement cycle.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Southern California $172,000 - $232,500 and Bay Area California $190,500 - 257,500.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
