POSITION SUMMARY:

Your larger team-the Flight Operations group-work to ensure the highest level of service and safety for our corporate travels.
As an Aircraft Maintenance Manager, you'll develop, manage, and perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and inspections on assigned aircraft and aircraft engines to verify safety compliance with FAA regulations and Manufacturer Airworthiness Standards.
Requirements
FAA Mechanics License with Airframe and Powerplant ratings (A&P)
7+ years of experience in corporate aircraft maintenance
2+ years of experience leading projects
2+ years of experience with aircraft record keeping software (CAMP, FlightDocs, TraxAll, etc.).
Other
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work while 12 hours shifts with standing or walking
Willing to work holidays as needed
Willing to travel as needed to meet business requirements
Willing to work over 40 hours per week
FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $128,000.00 to $150,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Manager, you'll develop, manage, and perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and inspections on assigned aircraft and aircraft engines to verify safety compliance with FAA regulations and Manufacturer Airworthiness Standards.
- Manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events from start to finish on assigned aircraft, ensuring timely resolution and return to service
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and parts
- Drive cost control on assigned aircraft, including budgeting, parts inventory, programs, and subscriptions to ensure financial efficiency
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all maintenance activities are coordinated and scheduled efficiently
- Stay current on industry trends and FAA mandates
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing flights
Requirements
