Marshall Dennehey, is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Attorney Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid capacity based in our Philadelphia office. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively source, engage, and attract top attorney talent to meet the hiring needs of our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal recruitment landscape and experience identifying high-caliber attorneys across various litigation practice areas.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in legal talent acquisition and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you'll often be asked to work closely with attorneys in various practice departments.

Objectives of this Role:
- Proactively source and identify qualified attorney candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Leopard Solutions, law school alumni networks, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive legal talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with attorney hiring chair and firm leadership to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit for open roles.
- Monitor industry trends and stay current on competitive recruiting practices within the legal space.
- Bachelor's degree required; JD strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other legal recruiting software.
- This is a hybrid position based in our Philadelphia office.
- Must be able to work onsite 3-4 days per week.
