Job Title: Manager Behavioral Health - Emergency Department & Acute Care
Location: Everett, WA
Job-Type: FTE/Permanent
Schedule: Averaging 40 hours per week. 8a-5p PST, Monday-Friday, but ED runs 24/7, 365 and may require on-call phone support/consults.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or
- Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor License Or
- Upon hire: Washington Psychologist License
- 5 years Direct clinical care of adults with behavioral health conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years Management experience in clinical setting with demonstrated supervisory competence and program management
- Demonstrated experience organizing and implementing behavioral health services including Department of Health (DOH) and DNV, compliant coding, documentation, and billing requirements and standards.
