This role will manage the planning and execution of top-of-funnel brand media, including strategic media plans in partnership with agency, alignment with cross function channel partners and execution of media plan.

This role will report to the Director, Media + Digital Strategy & Consumer Engagement - Americas.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of media plans across, inclusive of targeting and channel analysis, ROI assessment, creative overview, and the integration of cross-functional team plans
  • Develop & execute paid media strategy - own and manage paid media campaigns across digital channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, OOH, CTV, etc.), ensuring they drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Identify high-potential audiences, optimize targeting strategies, and expand brand reach
  • Monitor key KPIs and analyze campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to optimize spend
  • Foster a culture of measurement and optimization, establishing benchmarks and working with agencies and internal teams for continual campaign improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners (Amazon, DTC, Retail) to ensure holistic and strategic approach with consistency in messaging
  • Collaborate with Global Consumer Engagement team to ensure Global 360 strategies are incorporated into regional media plan and that regional needs are met as Global develops program toolkits.
  • Provide guidance and support to channel leads by leveraging retail media network ad products. Stay current with RMN roadmaps to identify new opportunities for brand alignment and capitalize on emerging ad products and features.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and platform partners, ensuring best-in-class execution and innovation in paid media
  • Partner with Project Management to ensure timely delivery of media creative assets, leveraging toolkits to streamline the process
  • Assist Director in the management of Brand Media budget. Partner with Finance to close each month
  • Stay informed on emerging trends across all relevant platforms to ensure the adoption of innovative campaign strategies.

Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years' experience in media strategy and planning within a complex organizational structure.
  • A deep understanding of omnichannel media strategies and digital marketing, with a track record of increasing brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Experience with retail media networks and understanding of their role in driving omni channel media
  • Focus on results and tenacity to get things done on time and on budget despite internal and external obstacles.
  • Proactivity and start-up mindset: ability to move, propose new ideas and take actions before asked.
  • Strong attention to detail: the ideal candidate will love digging into details.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing data-driven campaigns, with an ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and work within a global strategic framework.
  • A proactive approach to staying ahead of media trends and integrating emerging platforms and techniques into the media strategy.
  • Analytical skills coupled with a test-and-learn mentality for continuous improvement of media campaigns.
  • Strategic budget management skills with experience in planning, communication, and optimization of media spend across various channels.
  • Must be comfortable working in our NYC HQ 1-3 days a week

Salary Range

$115,000-$125,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
