In this role, you will support all aspects of Enterprise Brand Metrics and Research activities, including measuring effectiveness of marketing efforts and providing actionable insights that enhance the RBC brand.

Job Description
What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will support all aspects of Enterprise Brand Metrics and Research activities, including measuring effectiveness of marketing efforts and providing actionable insights that enhance the RBC brand.
You will leverage your market research and marketing/advertising experience, innovative mindset, deep curiosity and passion for uncovering and synthesizing insights to contribute to the success of our Team and the RBC Brand.
What will you do?
- Manage multiple Brand and Sponsorship tracking studies and quarterly reports
- Assist in analysis and delivery of research reports, ensuring that findings are translated into clear, strategic and actionable insights
- Manage our proprietary ad testing tool, supporting marketers in data interpretation
- Manage day-to-day relationships with research partners
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Brand teams in planning research activities and maintaining program performance dashboards and scorecards
- Support evaluation of new creative campaigns
- Assist in training RBC teams on proprietary research tools and help with results interpretation
- Support all aspects of ad hoc research initiatives
- Gather marketing intelligence (competitive data, relevant ideas and trends) and regularly share with Enterprise Brand team to inform and inspire
- Manage Enterprise Brand Research and Metrics budgets
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Educational background and supplier or client-side experience in market research (5+ years)
- Strong analytical thinking, combined with curiosity and ability to creatively problem-solve
- Superior ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources and translate them into concise and actionable business/marketing recommendations
- Strong research project management skills, including experience managing timelines and budgets
- Hands-on experience, or at least familiarity with marketing principles, brand and brand strategy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized, with above average attention to detail
- Strong sense of collaboration and stakeholder management across a wide variety of areas
Nice-to-have
- Agency experience a definitive asset
- Knowledge of sponsorship and/or marketing partnerships
- Understanding of media and best-in-class advertising practices
- Familiarity with the Financial Services industry
- Comfortable with shifting priorities
