General Summary:

Based in San Diego, underpin the effort of the regional teams to drive QC business across BUs in global regions.

Support the global region business needs from San Diego working closely with regional teams and functional groups (e.g; finance, marketing, legal, product management) in San Diego.

Work with finance to support pricing for global customers

Work with product management in San Diego and regional teams on defining the QCT future product roadmap based on market trend and customers needs and support to promote Qualcomm solutions to customers

Work with marketing, regional teams to develop proper marketing strategies, execution plans for customer product launch and marketing/promotion support.

Work with the multiple BUs and business development teams in San Diego to drive more business initiatives and opportunities in global regions.

Support to align corporate and regional business priorities, strategies and execution plans

Work with regional teams to explore cross regional business collaboration opportunities

Consolidate regional team's data and analyze them to provide insights and recommendations to executives, BUs and functional groups in San Diego

Manage full transparency and free communication between the regional teams and San Diego and vice versa

Work with regional and HQ teams to craft strategic business deals to grow the business with the customers

Effectively communicate business decisions and progress to the customer executives, as well as internal execs.

Drive customer meetings and engagements with regional customers, including executive level meetings

Minimum Qualifications

Required 5+ years' experience with the following:

- Sales/business development experience in wireless telecom or related industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Solid communication skills with good understanding of business objectives of the region and BU objectives

- Good analytical skills to do some level of financial analysis and modeling.

- Strong briefing development and presentation skills.

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders.

- Prior Qualcomm work experience

Education Requirements
  • Required: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$171,200.00 - $256,800.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
