Job Description

Accountable for the operations of an assigned team or teams of nurses, therapist, clerical staff or others (20-60 staff). Responsibilities includes the direction of specific programs and services, supervision of assigned staff ensuring high quality patient care, attainment of financial objectives, quality measures and patient and employee satisfaction. Success will be measured in three key outcomes: financial performance (performance to budget, attainment of case mix indicators, productivity and other factors); achievement of quality indicators at pre-determined targets; and satisfaction of patients, families, community agencies and physicians. Success will also be determined by the ability to collaborate with other managers, developing new services and integrate services within broader Kaleida Health.

Education And Credentials

Associate of Applied Science in Nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred. Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist Upon Hire required.

Experience

2 years of experience in Clinical Home Care required.
