Manager, Commercial Enablement:

GroupM is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented analyst to support our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using Workday Adaptive Planning. You will collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide insightful analysis to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial planning principles, excellent analytical skills, and proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning. This role also includes critical responsibilities for maintaining the Adaptive Planning environment, supporting users, and ensuring data accuracy.

Your Impact:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Adaptive Planning, providing support and training to users across the organization.
  • Maintain and administer the Adaptive Planning platform, including user access, security settings, and system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to Workday or third party support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on new Adaptive Planning features and releases, and implement updates as appropriate.
  • Review system updates from Workday and implement necessary changes.
  • Train users on creating ad-hoc reports using Adaptive/Office Connect.
  • Facilitate the load of data into the system, ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage and update commission rates within the system, distributing rate lists to agencies as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from various departments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning is required.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
