The Yum! Digital & Technology ("D&T") organization - a division of Yum! Brands, Inc., the world's largest restaurant company by unit count and the parent organization of Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Habit Burger & Grill - is comprised of two business units: a high-growth, revenue-generating B2B SaaS and restaurant tech business, going to market as Byte by Yum!, and a shared services organization that includes AI & data analytics, enterprise technology & infrastructure, and cybersecurity. This role is a part of the Yum! D&T Finance & Strategy team, with responsibility for commercializing and profitably scaling our Byte product portfolio. Byte's commercial product portfolio, established in 2019 and comprised of both internally-developed and acquired products, consists of eCommerce (online and mobile ordering), menu management, point of sale, kitchen & delivery optimization, restaurant team member tools, and labor & inventory management platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Lead revenue growth management, product contribution/profitability analysis, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations for a subset of B2B products within the Yum D&T commercial product portfolio
  • Own short- and long-term revenue forecasting and planning for assigned products, partnering with product and engineering teams and D&T FP&A counterparts, to translate roadmaps into achievable financial plans

Develop business cases, including long-range financial models with built-in NPV, IRR, and payback period analyses, for new products, new product features, and product expansions (e.g., into new geographies)
  • Engage in commercial negotiations with customers and other counterparties, including internal brand teams and third-party customers, such as franchise organizations
  • Measure profitability at the product-, market-, and customer-level for assigned products, developing accretive pricing constructs for both individual and bundled products

Partner with product leads on standardized profitability reports for the Yum! D&T leadership and measure progress against targets

Partner with senior leaders and peers to manage risks & opportunities on the path to breakeven for assigned products and product portfolio

Minimum requirements:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

7+ years of experience in corporate finance, revenue growth management, pricing, data analytics, and/or strategic advisory, including but not limited to investment banking and strategy consulting
  • Financial modeling experience and adept at working with large, complex datasets
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and balance multiple competing priorities
  • Intellectual curiosity, analytical problem-solving and proven self-starter with a bias for action and growth mindset
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other quantitative field

Preferred requirements:

Experience in SaaS/technology or highly-franchised multi-unit retail organization

Salary Range: $122,000 to $143,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
