As Manager, Contract Services, you are a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing complex contractor services and ensuring seamless facility operations. With strong communication and negotiation skills, you build relationships, drive accountability, and uphold high service standards. Your technical expertise allows you to oversee critical systems, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency. Adaptable and decisive, you navigate operational demands, emergency response, and regulatory compliance with confidence. Focused on continuous improvement, you anticipate needs, optimize resources, and lead with a strategic mindset to keep operations running smoothly.

What you will do:
- Oversee contractor services, ensuring compliance with bid specifications, performance standards, and operational needs.
- Supervise the Building Control Center, managing critical systems, work orders, and emergency communications.
- Lead environmental response, including spill management, pollution control, and fire training facilities.
- Manage snow removal efforts and maintain key facility systems for energy, fire safety, and public operations.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Bachelor's degree in management or engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7 years managing contractor services within a large physical plant.
- Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations, industrial wastewater treatment, and OSHA safety training.
- Valid driver's license, ability to pass airfield driving test, and proficiency in word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
