What we're looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for a Manager, Core & Digital Banking Productsto join our product management team. In this role, you will both guide and oversee the ideation, strategy, pricing and execution of our core and digital banking products and services, ensuring that they surpass customer expectations, remain competitive, deliver a secure and quality experience, comply with industry and regulatory standards, and successfully launch to reach performance goals.

What you'll do:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to core / digital product managers.
• Leverage your core banking experience to plan, implement, launch and improve SHAZAM's Core and digital banking solutions.
• Perform and lead research and build knowledge of the existing product features and pricing, and identify competition's product features and pricing, customer pains and needs and market segments, market trends and feature gaps related to your assigned product lines.
• Drive and facilitate alignment across large groups of stakeholders and drive product strategy for the Core banking product line.
• Create, maintain, and implement product strategy and SWOT analysis for assigned product lines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to identify roadmap initiatives, do research on their scope, business case, value propositions, and proposed solutions.
• Lead and define the product needs, including identification of the customers and product requirements, and ensure that customer needs and challenges are sufficiently addressed.
• Track and oversee product health KPIs such as adoption, usage, performance of assigned products, as well as product quality metrics including defects.

What you need:

• Minimum 6 years of experience working with core banking solutions at a bank or as a power user of a core banking solution required.
• Experience with loan servicing and digital banking platforms, preferable.
• Driving product initiatives forward through strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/management and leadership experience.
• Ability to review data sets, graphs, and charts to identify data patterns and trends and research correlation and causality and must be able to comprehend and evaluate technically complex information.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to SHAZAM offices and client sites as required by the duties of the role and/or by management.
