Summary:

HighRadius is looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team with a focus on M&A, new venture development, and product / corporate strategy. In this newly created role, you will work closely with senior leadership (including our CEO) to identify, evaluate, and launch new business opportunities, including via M&A, partnerships, and organic product initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a SaaS, fintech, or finance background from management consulting, investment banking, fintech product management, or venture capital who wants to drive impact in a fast-moving environment. This role will be full-time in our office located in Westchase (77042).

Your Day to Day:
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and product expansions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance) to develop business cases and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support leadership in shaping the company's long-term product and growth strategy.
  • Support M&A (including post-merger integration) and new venture activities
To be successful, you'll need:
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, fintech product management, and/or venture capital or growth equity.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, market research, and business case development.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
  • Experience in fintech, enterprise SaaS, and/or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
