The Manager, Customer Data Platform & CRM, is tasked with spearheading the Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives at The Aspen Group. This role requires a blend of deep data and CRM expertise, analytical acumen, and robust technical and product management skills.
Responsibilities:
- CDP Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the evolution of CDP offering across functional domains. Plan for a phased rollout to integrate and scale the platform across emerging brands within the group, ensuring seamless adaptation and maximized effectiveness throughout the organization.
- Implementation Oversight: Manage the Proof of Concept (PoC) from selection through testing, evaluating its performance and scalability. Ensure a smooth transition from POC to full deployment at TAG Dental, overseeing all aspects of implementation, including timeline, budget, and resource management.
- Technical Leadership and Integration: Coordinate with IT, data science, and marketing teams to integrate the CDP with existing CRM systems, ensuring seamless data consolidation and utilization across multiple touchpoints.
- Analytical and Product Expertise: Utilize analytical skills to interpret data within the CDP, driving strategic product decisions that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with CDP vendors and manage internal stakeholder communications. Ensure that the CDP solution aligns with business needs and technical requirements.
Key Deliverables:
- Effective execution and management of a CDP PoC, followed by a successful, scalable implementation across TAG Dental and future brands.
- development of CDP strategies that enhance customer data management and support tailored marketing strategies.
- Continuous evaluation and optimization of the CDP to meet evolving business needs and technology advancements.
Technical Expertise Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM systems, data platforms, and customer data management.
- Working knowledge of leading CDP technologies like Tealium, Segment, Amperity, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience in implementing data solutions in a large-scale environment.
- Strong analytical and technical product management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Extensive project management experience, ideally with certifications in Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects effectively.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to technology integration.

- Salary: Annual pay range: $100,000 - $140,000, plus bonus/incentives A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
